Global Energy Services and OEM Industry Leader Joins HVAC Armor Board of Directors

OSHKOSH, WI: HVAC Armor, a leading provider of HVAC restoration services and a subsidiary of the ECM Holding Group, is pleased to announce that Lou Ronsivalli has joined the Firm’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Ronsivalli has been a global energy services and OEM industry leader for over 35 years. He has published over 75 articles for industry publications and has spoken on a variety of topics at major conferences including the World Energy Engineering Conference and the International Facilities Managers Association annual meeting.

For over 30 years, Lou worked for industry leaders including Johnson Controls, York International, Cinergy Corporation and Trane Company, most recently serving as Trane’s Global Service Leader.

In 2014, he launched GioVantage Strategies LLC to consult for leading Commercial and Industrial providers and OEMs in US markets. He also currently serves as the Executive Director of Services for the National Association of Trane Franchise Holders (“NATFH”). “I look forward to working with one of today’s most innovative companies, and to helping define how top-tier service providers will meet the future challenges of its customers.”
